COMPETITION PROGRAM OF THE 7TH VIVA FILM FESTIVAL COMPLETED
Today, 10 films from the category of ecological film were shown in the program of the 7th VIVA Film Festival.
For seven years, on the third day of the Viva Film Festival, we have been presenting selected films from the category of ecological film. Through these films we want to point out the importance of environmental protection, preservation of natural resources, cultural heritage, but also to encourage the development of environmental awareness. Tonight, 10 films from Peru, England, Slovakia, Canada, Spain, Bulgaria, Australia, Brazil, Serbia and Argentina were screened, and the best environmental films will be awarded the Golden, Silver and Bronze Butterfly.
The competition part of the 7th Viva Film Festival ends with today's screenings of selected ecological films. On Saturday, the 4th day of the Festival, the 10 best youth films made at the VIVA School of Film in the past few years will be screened. These are short films by elementary and high school students from various BiH cities who have won significant awards at previous festivals.
Screenings of youth films in Sarajevo begin at 6 pm in the House of the Armed Forces of BiH.
After the screenings of youth films from 8 pm, the closing of the Festival and the announcement of the winners will take place.
